An easy spicy Seafood Kebab recipe ideal as a side dish

Pan Fried Seafood Kebabs

Ingredients

  • 3 Prawns (.)
  • 50g Fish Cubes (.)
  • 100g Cutttlefish (rings.)
  • Onion (.)
  • Green Chili (.)
  • 1 Tomato (.)
  • 1 clove Garlic (.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Flakes (.)
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol (.)
  • Salt (.)
  • Paper (.)
  • 2 teaspoons Oil (.)

Directions

Step 1
Clean the prawns, cut the cuttlefish in rings and the fish in cubes.
Step 2
In a bowl season the seafood for a few minutes with the salt, pepper, chili flakes and Lymol.
Step 3
Meanwhile cut the tomato, onion and garlic into wedges .
Step 4
Now place the seafood and the vegetables in kebab sticks as in the picture.
Step 5
Add the oil into a heated pan and pan fry the kebab for 5 minutes each on both sides .
