Slice the Lotus roots . | |

Cut the spring onions, onions and the tomatoes. | |

Heat oil and deep fry the lotus roots until golden brown in slow fire. | |

Mix the prawns with turmeric and chili flakes . | |

Pan fry the prawns for 2 minutes on both sides. | |

In a bowl add the fried lotus roots, onion, green chilies, tomato wedges, prawns and the spring onions with salt and paper to taste. | |

Now add the Lymol mix it well and serve with steamed rice. |
