Papaya and Mango Smoothie

An easy Tropical Smoothie for hot sunny days to refresh you

Papaya and Mango Smoothi

Ingredients

  • 2 Mangos (peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped.)
  • 1 Medium Papaya (peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped.)
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt or Curd (.)
  • 1 1/2 cup Ice Cubes (.)
  • 2 tablespoons Lymol (.)
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar (.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cuminseeds (crushed.)
  • 100ml Sugar Syrup (.)

Directions

Step 1
Clean and cut the mango into small cubes.
Step 2
Similarly cut the papaya.
Step 3
Blend the fruits, cumin, yogurt and sugar syrup for a few minutes.
Step 4
Add the Lymol.
Step 5
Put the ice cubes in a glass and pour the blended juice into it and garnish.
