Ingredients

  • 1 Medium Onion (chopped.)
  • 25g butter (.)
  • 2 teaspoons olivoil (.)

Directions

Step 1
Heat the pan and add the butter and olive oil together..
Step 2
Add the onion and sauté until translucent and slightly caramelised..
Step 3
Add the carrot and Cashew nuts and fry on a slow fire for two minutes..
