Ingredients
- 100g Calamari
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic
- Curry Leaves
- 4 Beans
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Radish
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- Vegetable Stock
- 4 teaspoons Tomato Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Soya Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Oil
Directions
Step 1

In pan sauté the curry leaves, onions and garlic for a few minutes in oil | |
Step 2

Now add the radish and cook in slow heat | |
Step 3

Then add the beans and cook for a few more minutes | |
Step 4

Add Calamari next | |
Step 5
|
Fallow with chili flakes, Lymol and season and pepper | |
Step 6

Once when the calamari is cooked, add soya and tomato sauce and remove the pan from the fire immediately | |
Step 7

Serve as a side dish for rice | |
