Ingredients
- 100g Boneless Chicken
- 2 Sausages
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 teaspoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- Leeks
- Kebab Sticks
Directions
Step 1

Dice the Chicken |
Step 2

Cut the sausage in pieces | |
Step 3

Cut the Onion and bell pepper into wedges and then half them | |
Step 4
|
Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper and Lymol | |
Step 5
|
Prepare the kebab sticks as in picture | |
Step 6
|
Add the oil into a heated pan and grill the kebab on all sides until done | |
Step 7
|
Prepare a bed of looked rice with shredded leeks | |
Step 8
|
Place the kebabs on the bed of rice and serve with tomato sauce | |
