Ingredients

  • 150g Boneless Chicken
  • 3 teaspoons Ginger Garlic Past
  • 1 teaspoon Gram Masala
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 100ml Oil
  • Curry Leaves
  • 200g Curd
  • 2 teaspoons Corn flour
  • Dry Chili pods

Directions

Step 1
Shred the chicken into pieces
Step 2
Marinate it in a bowl with, egg, corn flour, flour, half the content of chili powder, salt, pepper and Lymol
Step 3
Deep fry until golden brown
Step 4
In another bowl add the curd, garam masala, balance chili powder and combine well
Step 5
Heat a pan, sauté the ginger garlic past, curry leaves and dry chili pods for about 15 seconds
Step 6
Then add the fried chicken and the curd mixture and combine well and season with salt and pepper to taste
Step 7
Serve as a side dish with steamed rice
