Fried Egg on Bell Pepper

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Large Bell Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • Fresh Thyme
  • pinch Fresh Basil
  • 2 Slices of Bread
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Heat the pan, place the bell pepper slice in the middle of the pan and pore the egg slowly in to the middle and let it cook in slow fire
Step 2
sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper on the eggs
Step 3
In the mean time sauté the onions for a few seconds followed with the hearbs
Step 4
Add in the Lymol and mix well
Step 5
Then place the slice of bread on the herbs and toast for a few minutes
Step 6
To serve arrange the herbs on the toasted bread
Step 7
Then place the fried eggs in the middle
