Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Large Bell Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- Fresh Thyme
- pinch Fresh Basil
- 2 Slices of Bread
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step 1

Heat the pan, place the bell pepper slice in the middle of the pan and pore the egg slowly in to the middle and let it cook in slow fire | |
Step 2

sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper on the eggs | |
Step 3

In the mean time sauté the onions for a few seconds followed with the hearbs | |
Step 4

Add in the Lymol and mix well | |
Step 5

Then place the slice of bread on the herbs and toast for a few minutes | |
Step 6

To serve arrange the herbs on the toasted bread | |
Step 7

Then place the fried eggs in the middle | |
