Ingredients
- 150g Oyster Mushroon
- 50g Wing Beans
- 1 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Butter
- Celery Stick
- Dill Leaves (Chopped)
- 3 teaspoons Chick Pea Soup
- 300ml Vegetable Stock
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lymol
Directions
Step 1

Sauté, garlic, onion, celery and mushroom in butter | |
Step 2

Mix in the chick pea flour | |
Step 3
|
Then add the vegetable stock and bring to boil and simmer in low fire until cooked | |
Step 4
|
Allow to cool, and blend | |
Step 5
|
Pore the blended mixture into a pan and bring it to boil | |
Step 6
|
Then add the sliced wing beans | |
Step 7
|
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol | |
Step 8
|
Serve hot with a garnish of chopped dii leaves | |
