Ingredients
- 150g Chicken Liver
- 1 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
- 1 teaspoon Roasted Curry powder
- 50g Thibbatu (small Egg Plant)
- Spring Onions
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
- Oil
- Water
Directions
Step 1

Heat the oil and add the mustard seeds | |
Step 2

Then sauté the garlic, ginger and onion | |
Step 3

Now add the chicken leaver, chili powder, roasted curry powder, thibbatu, water and cook for 10 to 15 minutes | |
Step 4

Once cooked add the spring onions and remove from the fire | |
Step 5
|
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol | |
Step 6
|
Serve hot as a side dish for rice | |
