A one dish complete meal in half hour

Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients

  • 200g Chicken
  • 100g Glass Noodles
  • 1 Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • 50g Broccoli
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 Hoisin Sauce
  • 100ml Chicken Stock
  • Corn Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Sauté the onion, garlic and ginger
Step 2
Seal the chicken on all sides for about 2 minutes
Step 3
Add the chicken stock and cook until the chicken is done
Step 4
Now add the broccoli, bell pepper and cook for one minute
Step 5
Add the hoisin sauce and season with salt, pepper and Lymol
Step 6
Add corn flour to thicken the sauce
Step 7
Serve on a plate with glass noodles
