Ingredients
- 200g Chicken
- 100g Glass Noodles
- 1 Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- 50g Broccoli
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Hoisin Sauce
- 100ml Chicken Stock
- Corn Flour
- 2 teaspoons Lymol
- Salt
- Pepper
Directions
Step 1

Sauté the onion, garlic and ginger | |
Step 2

Seal the chicken on all sides for about 2 minutes | |
Step 3

Add the chicken stock and cook until the chicken is done | |
Step 4
|
Now add the broccoli, bell pepper and cook for one minute | |
Step 5
|
Add the hoisin sauce and season with salt, pepper and Lymol | |
Step 6
|
Add corn flour to thicken the sauce |
Step 7
|
Serve on a plate with glass noodles | |
