Tomato & Prawn Pasta

Ingredients

  • 150g Prawns
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • 100g Butterfly Pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons Chopped Onion
  • 100g Chopped Tomatos
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol

Directions

Step 1
Boil the pasta and keep a side
Step 2
Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil for a few seconds
Step 3
Now add the prawns and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 4
Then add in the tomatoes and cook for a further few minutes
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol and leave a side
Step 6
In another pan sauté the butterfly pasta in olive oil
Step 7
Plate the pasta and the tomato and prawns sauce with a garnish of parsley
