Ingredients

  • 100g Calamari
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Tumaric Powder
  • 50g Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 100g Bread Crumbs
  • 200ml Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol

Directions

Step 1
Marinate the Calamari in Salt, Pepper and Lymol for 30 minutes
Step 2
In a bowl make the batter by mixing in the Flour,1/2 egg
Step 3
Coat the Calamari in the batter
Step 4
Then crumble in the bread crumbs
Step 5
Deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes
Step 6
Serve as a side dish or a bite
