Spicy Prawns

Ingredients

  • 200g Prawns
  • Chili Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Tomatos cut in Wedges
  • 25g Red Onions
  • 2 teaspoons Butter
  • Curry Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

Step 1
Sauté the garlic in butter for a few minutes
Step 2
Now add in the onions and curry leaves
Step 3
Then add the prawns and sauté further
Step 4
Add in the chili flakes and turmeric
Step 5
Followed by the tomatoes and reduce the heat
Step 6
Season with salt, pepper and Lymol
Step 7
Server either warm or cold as a side dish
