A delightful pasta with seafood

Ingredients

  • 100g Pasta
  • Prawns
  • 50g Cuttle Fish
  • Onion
  • Cheese
  • Garlic
  • Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons Lymol
  • 1 teaspoon Oilve Oil
  • 100ml Coconut Milk
  • Parsley

Directions

Step 1
Blanch the calamari and the prawns
Step 2
Sauté the garlic, onions for a few minutes, add the calamari and the prawns, further sauté for few minutes
Step 3
Now add the coconut milk and reduce the heat
Step 4
Then add the pasta and mix well
Step 5
Finally add the tomatoes and mix well
Step 6
Season with Lymol, salt and pepper
Step 7
Garnish with chees and chopped parsley and server hot
