Steamed White Fish with Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 100g Tilapia Fillet
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (or to taste)
  • 1 Lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sourcream
  • 1/8 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Dill Leaves

Directions

Step 1
Season the fish with salt, pepper Cajun and Lymol
Step 2
Steam for 15 to 20 minutes uncovered
Step 3
Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, dill leaves and Lymol in a small bowl
Step 4
Serve the fish with the sauce
