Ingredients
- 100g Diced Mango
- 100g Diced Carrot
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 Chopped Garlic
- Chopped Ginger
- 2 Chopped Dired Red Chilies
- 2 Green Chilies cut in half
- 100ml White Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Mustered Cream
- 25g Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Cloves
- Cardamom
- 1 teaspoon Lymol
- Salt
- Paper
Directions
Step 1

Heat a pan and add vinegar and turmeric, blanch the diced carrot and the mangos and keep a side | |
Step 2

Now blanch the green chilies and keep side |
Step 3
|
Now in another pan add vinegar, follow with Lymol, cloves, cinnamon and cardamoms | |
Step 4

Mix in the mustered past, sugar and simmer for a few minutes with all the vegetables | |
Step 5

Allow to cool, and place the prepared pickle in a clean bottle for 2 days before using | |
