An easy to prepare side dish for dinner
Batter Fried Fish with Hot Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 medium slice Fish
- 50g Flour
- 1 Egg
- Chopped Curry Leaves
- Chopped Onion
- Chopped Garlic
- 1 cup Water
- 2 teaspoons Soya Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Red Chili Flakes
- 1 Spring Onion
- 2 Young Corns
- Leeks
- 100ml Fish Stock
- 2 teaspoons Corn Starch
- Salt
- Pepper
- LYMOL
Directions
Step 1

Make the batter and add chopped curry leaves and leave a side for a few minutes | |

Season the fish with salt, pepper and LYMOL |
Step 3

In another pan prepare the sauce by sautéing onion and garlic in a few drops of oil and add the spring onions, baby corn, leeks and chili flakes | |
Step 4

Then add the fish stock and soya sauce, bring it to boil and thicken with corn starch and leave it a side. | |
Step 5

Now dip the fish in the batter and fry until golden brown | |
Step 6

In a dish place the batter fried fish with the hot chili sauce and server with some fried rice. | |
