THAI CHICKEN AND VERMICELLI SOUP

Ingredients
- 50g Chopped Chicken
- 1 teaspoon LYMOL
- 100ml Coconut Milk
- 25g Rice Vermicelli
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 2 teaspoons Garlic (Chopped)
- 2 teaspoons Thai Red Curry Past
- 1 teaspoon Chili Oil
Directions
Step 1

Heat a pan and add the chopped garlic, onions and sauté for 1/2 minute then add the chopped chicken sauté for a while |
Step 2

Now add the coconut milk, and the Thai red chili past. mix well and boil for 2 to 3 minutes |
Step 3
|
Now add the cooked vermicelli and season with salt, pepper and LYMOL |
Step 4
|
Garnish with spring onions and chili oil and serve hot |
