Ingredients
- 100g Sprats
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmaric Powder
- 50g Bread Crumbs
- 1 Egg
- Salt
- Paper
- 1 teaspoon LYMOL
- 100ml Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Chili (Sliced)
- 1 Small Cucumber (Diced)
- 2 Green Lettuce
- 1 Tomato (cut in Wedges)
Directions
Step 1

Into a bowl add salt, paper and Lymol and marinate the sprats for about 10 minutes | |
Step 2

Meanwhile make the salad by mixing the rest of the ingredients with salt and paper to taste | |
Step 3

Now beat the egg, coat the sprats with the beaten egg mixture and then coat them in bread crumbs | |
Step 4
|
Deep fry the crumbed sprat until golden brown. | |
Step 5
|
Serve with the prepared salad | |
