An ideal snack for tea time with a perfect balance of Lymol and butter. Recommended to be served with green tea.

Ingredients
- 200g Margarine (.)
- 5 Eggs (.)
- 250g Flour (.)
- 250g Sugar (.)
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 3 teaspoons Lymol
- 1 teaspoon Green Coloring
Directions
Step 1

Add margarine and sugar in a bowl and cream until sugar is dissolved | |
Step 2

Meanwhile sift the flour and baking powder for 2 minutes |
Step 3

Add an egg at a time and continuously beat until all eggs are added. | |
Step 4
|
Add the Lymol into the mixture | |
Step 5
|
Now fold in the flour carefully and add the green food coloring |
Step 6
|
Bake the mixture in an oven at 150°c for 30 minutes |
Step 7
|
Remove from oven, cool before serving | |
