An easy and healthy low cholesterols soup ideal for dinner; to be served with brown bread

Chicken and Spinach Broth

Ingredients

  • 50g Boneless Chicken
  • Stick of Celery
  • 1 teaspoon Low Fat Butter
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Onion (Sliced)
  • 1 Garlic (Chopped)
  • Few Mashrooms
  • Few Spinach Leaves
  • bunch Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Lymol
  • 200ml Chicken Stock
  • Salt
  • Paper

Directions

Step 1
Sauté all the vegetables in butter for 2 minutes on slow fire
Step 2
Add the Chicken and the chicken stock, bring it boil and let it to simmer for a while; add the spinach leaves followed by salt & paper to taste
Step 3
Remove from fire, add Lymol and serve hot.
