Sri Lanka is popular for its spices. Many Sri Lankan dishes too are flavoured with its homegrown spices. This dish we present to you today is a healthy chicken salad with spices. Ideal starter for lunch, dinner or even with whole grain bread for breakfast.

Step 1 | |
Boil the chicken with turmeric salt and pepper till well cooked.. | |

Remove bones and break into small chunks.. | |

Cut the onion, green chili and tomato as in the image.. | |

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well with salt, pepper and chili powder and sprinkle generously over the mix.. | |

Toss the salad and add some olive oil on top.. | |

Serve on a flat plate. Serve cold if served as a starter. . |
